📦 Shipping & Processing Policy
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If you would like your shipment insured, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time and may take 15–21 business days to process before shipping.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Custom Items)
Orders containing both in-stock and custom items will be shipped separately. In-stock items will ship first, followed by custom items once completed.
In-Stock Items
All in-stock orders are processed the same business day the order is placed and ship the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays after 11 a.m., Sundays or Holidays.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
