Heat-Press Instructions:
Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds. Position the patch and press at 325°F for approximately 20 seconds using medium pressure. Press again from the reverse side when possible. Allow the patch to cool completely before handling.

Wash the finished garment inside out in cold water and hang to dry
